Position description:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated newly graduated from business school (or you are towards the end of your studies) to join our company. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to gain experience in conducting market analysis and the search for international B2B customers in Satellite TV and Wi-Fi products area, we want to work with you. Responsibilities: 

  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends, research and evaluate competitors’ marketing. 
  • Assist with daily administrative duties. 
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
  • Develop Inverto’s notoriety and monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations.

Requirements: 

  • Languages: Candidates should be fluent in English. Any other language is an advantage.

Senior Software Developer – Job Description
Position title: Senior Software Developer – 5+ years of experience

Position description:
Our products and solutions meet remarkably high standards of quality, performance and reliability, and operate around the world on a massive scale. This position requires continuous development, maintenance and evolution of the existing solutions and platforms. The job position is in the R&D division. 

The task consists in assisting the software development team in order to design and bring to maturity complete software solutions embedded into those products.  

One key aspect of the job is the research. In order to design innovative products, Inverto develops some prototypes in order to test and validate a new technology, which is commonly called “early phase development”. This phase is to the opportunity to realize so called “testbeds” or “Proof of Concept”. A huge autonomy is expected in this role, and a wide knowledge of competences is appreciated. The developer might use or design modules which he judges “necessary” to realize the new functionality.  

The second aspect of the job is to bring contribution to industrialize and commercialize new products. In this phase a stricter development environment is required. The role of the developer is to develop software, modules, scripts and bring the product to a mature level, including the production and test environment. In this phase, the developer might be in contact with the software quality assurance manager, and with the production team.  

The work split between research and development is about 50%.  Nevertheless, the contribution is generally done in waves. This means that the developer might work 6 months on bringing a prototype to life and might switch to a development phase later.

Consultant for Business Development South East Asia
Position title: Consultant for Business Development South East Asia
Position location: Luxembourg

Position description:

Scope and your responsabilties

  • Ensure Business Development, Sales and promotion services in South East Asia
  • Explore business opportunities primarily in the countries of South East Asia compromising but not limited to Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and The Philippines.
  • Development, marketing, sales and distribution of reception and streaming prodcuts for Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) and Internet Protocol (IP) television services.
  • Presenting Inverto's products to prospects and customers in particular DTH operators and broadcast/PayTV equipment resellers, system integrators and distributors.
  • Establishing a list of all possible targets, with identified key executives (at decision making level) and organize meetings as needed
  • Gathering detailed market information on the DTH operators, distributors, resellers and systems integrators in the region
  • Delivering or dispatching of trial product for demonstration purposes
  • Supporting test campaigns as well as field event such as seminars or workshops
  • Providing Inverto with a weekly report of the activities undertaken, contacts made and sales leads categorized by level of probability and/or closing date
  • Convey customer requirements to Inverto's Product Management.
  • Travel throughout the sales territory.

 

Position requirments

  • Speaking at least two of the languages spoken in the sales territory
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track records in dealing with major DTH operators
  • Experience in negotiating contracts with prospects/customers. High negotiation skills

Manage customer portfolio and generate new accounts in line with the company sales and marketing policy. Main accounts being in the following segments:

  • ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) customers

Principal Accountabilities

  • Reach sales and gross margin targets set for your customer's portfolio.
  • Generating new customers through active acquisition actions.
  • Report regularly on situation with customers.
  • Provide management with market information (new trends, competitors, regulation, etc…).
  • Deliver regular and precise sales forecasts.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction with complete relationship management (one-stop-shop).

Position Requirements

  • Relevant BA/BSc equivalent degree (commerce, marketing, business); aleideally with an engineering or other technical background.
  • Proven track records in sales operations in the CE space, preferably in TV broadcast, Consumer Electronics or Media sectors; experience in one of our key market being an asset (EMEA, LATAM, CIS, APAC)
  • Project management competence in a sales environment. Business view on project process and ability to generate new customers.
  • Ability to quickly integrate main technical aspects linked to digital TV broadcast and reception.
Excellent communications skills in English. Other languages are appreciable advantage.
